MyGoTo is a nights-out planning app operated from the United Kingdom. We help users discover venues, plan evenings, save favourite places, and build memorable nights out.

You should verify important details directly with the venue before making plans or relying on the information provided.

Your preferences, saved venues, planned nights, favourites, ratings, and account information may be stored and processed to provide and improve the service.

You agree not to:

• Use MyGoTo for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar technologies to access or collect data from the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the service
• Use the service in a manner that negatively impacts other users

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to MyGoTo if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or engaged in activity that may harm MyGoTo, its users, or its partners.

All rights, title, and interest in MyGoTo, including its branding, logo, design, content, software, features, and functionality, remain the property of MyGoTo and its licensors.

MyGoTo relies on third-party services and providers, including:

• Google Maps Platform
• Google Places API
• Supabase
• Resend
• Lovable

Your use of MyGoTo may also be subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

MyGoTo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyGoTo and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Inaccurate venue information
• Changes made by venues
• Booking issues or cancellations
• User decisions based on recommendations
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time using the account deletion functionality available within the MyGoTo service.

Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversible.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updated versions will be published within the service and on our website. Continued use of MyGoTo following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of MyGoTo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
